FamSOS App is designed to capture the entire Family Medical Profiles. Each family member has its own setup, with “personal info” record, which consists of Name, eMail, Cell Phone, Home Phone, and Address, “Medical History info” record, which collects Blood Presure related info, any Heart Problem, Stroke accident, Diabetic, Cancer, and so on, “Pyhsicions info” record for Primary, and secondary with their Name, Phone, and addresses, “Medicin info”, and who prescribed them with dosage, and quantity, “Hospital info” record to know where last visited, “Insurance info” record for primary, and secondary to be able to provide them as required to interested party, and finally “Contacts info” which is very important to setup all three records for the emergency situation. All the collected info and your location on the MAP is forwarded to your contacts automatically at the time of emergency when you press the “SOS Truck” and “Send Profile” buttons. Any of your contacts then could communicate with you and provide the required help and assistance as required.

Great informative app ! Everyone should have it!!
This app change price every few days from free to $23.99 and back. For me it is looks like some kind of spam on apple store to gain better position???
Great job. Very usefull and definitely worth it. Would be nice if one could transfer profile info from the other apps to this one instead of retype. It would save time.
With this app, I no longer have to remember all my family medical information such as their current medication names or a list of allergies. Also it is important to have all their physician contact information handy.
Simple concept, but very useful. I maybe biased about this developer - but weve gotten a few of their apps. The apps are cheap, and some free - but simple ideas that we use either everyday or on their MED apps, could use for emegency situations. ...hope we never need have an emergency - but glad were prepared.
